To ensure that the distinctive needs and issue of the priority groups are addressed appropriately in the IIP, the consortium proposes to establish a working group for each theme. To ensure consistency of approach they will all operate in accordance to the principles set out in section 2.0 and will incorporate the processes outlined above – including scrutiny by the Critical Friends group.

 

It will be particularly important that each group gives careful consideration to the issues of subsidiarity and economy of scale across other priority groups.
