Implementation of the Plan
We prepared an Action Plan for early projects funded from ChangeUp in 2005-6, and this plan with other progress reports can be downloaded from the link below. New priorities following the setting up of Capacity Builders as a national co-ordinator and funder for ChangeUp are being worked on as part of the rewriting of the Infrastructure Investment Plan.
